Accessibility Statement
This statement was last updated on June 16, 2025.
At Cee's Chapters I am working to make my site, Cee's Chapters, accessible to people with disabilities. I want all visitors to be able to enjoy reading travel stories, exploring tips, and navigating the site with ease.
What web accessibility is
Web accessibility means designing and building websites so that everyone can use them—including people with disabilities. This includes individuals who may use screen readers, keyboard navigation, voice commands, or other assistive technologies.
Accessible websites allow users to:
-
Read and understand content more easily
-
Navigate using a keyboard instead of a mouse
-
Hear image descriptions through screen readers
-
Adjust colors, text sizes, or contrast for better visibility

The goal is to make sure the web is inclusive and usable for all people, no matter their abilities or how they interact with technology.
Accessibility adjustments on this site
To help make Cee’s Chapters easier for everyone to use, this site includes several accessibility features, such as:
-
Alt text on images so screen readers can describe visual content
-
Clear, readable fonts and high-contrast text for better visibility
-
Keyboard-friendly navigation, so you can move around the site without a mouse
-
Responsive design, so the site works on phones, tablets, and desktops
-
Descriptive links and buttons, so it’s easy to know where you’re clicking
-
Simple layouts and headings, to help users understand and navigate the content
I’m always looking for ways to improve, so if something’s not working for you, please reach out!
Declaration of partial compliance with the standard due to third-party content
While I do my best to make Cee’s Chapters accessible for everyone, there are a few things on the site—like maps, videos, or booking tools—that come from other websites. Since I don’t control how those tools are built, some parts might not be as accessible as the rest of the site.
If you ever run into something that’s hard to use or access, just let me know! I’ll do my best to help or point you to an alternative.
Accessibility arrangements in the organization
Cee’s Chapters is a one-person passion project, and while I’m not a big organization, I still care deeply about making this space welcoming and accessible to everyone.
I do all the writing, design, and site updates myself—so I keep accessibility in mind when choosing fonts, colors, layouts, and content. I’m always learning and making improvements where I can.
If you ever notice something that’s tricky to access or navigate, don’t hesitate to reach out. I’m happy to help and open to feedback.
Requests, issues, and suggestions
If you find an accessibility issue on the site, or if you require further assistance, you are welcome to contact me via Instagram, TikTok, or E-mail form.
